WE HEREBY GUARANTEE THAT THE JWC CONTRACTED WORK HAS BEEN FURNISHED,
INSTALLED, AND PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
WE AGREE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY AND ALL OF OUR WORK IF IT IS DETERMINED
TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE PERIODS IDENTIFIED ON THE WARRANTY SUMMARY
FROM THE DATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF THE WILLOW PARK ESTATES AT
PRESCOTT LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION PROJECT. ANY WORK PERFORMED
UNDER THIS GUARANTEE SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED WITHOUT ANY EXPENSE TO THE
OWNER EXCEPTING IN CASES OF OWNER-TENANT ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR FAILURE TO
COMPLY WITH ANY RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES.
WE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FAILURE TO SUITABLY AND FULLY HONOR OUR GUARANTEE/
WARRANTY MAY FURTHER SUBJECT US TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF WARRANTIES IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES AND THE ARIZONA REGISTRAR OF
CONTRACTORS.
THIS GUARANTEE/ WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONTAINED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT.
WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO FIELD ITEMS DIRECTLY CONTRACTED AND PERFORMED BY
JWC PERSONNEL.
