2 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY

RE: Willow Park
Prescott, AZ

Project: Stucco repairs.

Red Mountain Roofing, hereby guarantees that the roofing we have installed or furnished for the
above project has been done in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and Other Contract
Documents; and that the Work as installed will fulfill the requirements of the warranty included in
the Specifications. We agree to repair or replace any or all of our work together with any adjacent
work which may be displaced or damaged by doing, that prove to be defective in its workmanship
within the period of TWO (2) years from the date of final acceptance of the above named structure.
We agree to make inspections and repairs to defects or leaks in the roof system within forty-eight
(48) hours of receipt of notice from Owner.

Inspections and repairs will be made without additional cost to Owner, unless it is determined that
the leaks or defects were caused by abuse to the roof by others, unusual weather such as lightning,
hail storm, tornado, hurricane, earthquake, or by failure of work installed by others not included in
this contract. This warranty is for a 2-year period 04/18/18 to 04/18/20. The warranty period
shall begin upon date of substantial completion and will be effective upon receipt of payment in full.

In order to ensure that your Red Mountain Roofing, LLC roofing system will continue to perform to
its fullest, and to avoid possible cancellation or limitation of your Red Mountain Roofing, LLC
guarantee, you should follow this 10-point maintenance program. See attached. Interior repairs are
only covered by Red Mountain Roofing, LLC within the first two years of your warranty.
