Low-Sloped (Flat) Roofs

Red Mountain Roofing has provided a ten year labor and material warranty for your
new foam roofs. JWC will inspect the roofs per the maintenance schedule. In the
meantime, keep the area clean of debris, monitor for signs of wear and discoloration,
and limit foot traffic. Do not place furniture or other objects on your foam roof.

Flat Roofs at Awnings: (BUR) Roofs

Red Mountain Roofing has provided a ten year labor and fifteen year material warranty
for your new built-up roofs. JWC will inspect the roofs per the maintenance schedule. In
the meantime, keep the area clean of debris and monitor for signs of blistering or
ponding. Contact JWC in the event this happens or with any questions or concerns.

With proper maintenance and care, Villas at Savona will remain aesthetically pleasing
and structurally sound for many years to come. As your reconstruction partner, the staff
