Low-Sloped Roofs (Flat Roofs)
Includes all flat roof areas
1. Install new foam roofs, Buildings F, H, R, & U
2. Recoat existing foam roofs, Buildings A, B, C, D, E, G, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, S, T, V, W,
& Clubhouse

Flat Roofs at Awnings (BUR)
Includes all awning roofs
1. Remove existing roofs
2. Replace bad or deteriorated plywood as necessary
3. Install base, membrane, and low-rise edge bonderized metal

ROOF ACCESS SHAFTS

1. Install missing lag bolts in current back
2. Clean chases and paint wood landings to preserve wood
3. Add wrought iron gates

BIRD PEST CONTROL

1. Install bird spikes at all horizontal awning roof supports
