CUTTING CENTRE FOR PVC PROFILES
CNC cutting centre with 2 controlled axes, designed for cutting PVC profiles. The machine performs the
operation of profile loading from the bars stock, cutting and unloading of piece, in complete autonomy and
without the intervention of the operator. The software, entirely developed by PERTICI INDUSTRIES, allows
to better manage the work cycle and cutting lists.

AUTOMATIC BAR LOADING UNIT
Profile loading unit with belts. Loading capacity depending on the dimension of the profile section.
Maximum size of automatically loaded profile:
• Length 6600mm.
• Width 134mm.
• Height 150mm.
Minimum size of automatically loaded profile:
• Length 400mm.
• Width 36mm.
• Height 15mm.
Automatic device for bar measuring. Minimum length of the offcut piece mm. 400.
The minimum and maximum values can change according to customers' cutting requirements.
AUTOMATIC BAR PUSHER
Automatic bar pusher, with controlled axis linear unit, to move the bar towards the cutting unit.
Safety guards to cover the linear positioning unit.
CUTTING UNIT
Blade rotation by pneumatic or brushless motor (opt).
Up stroke 500 mm diameter saw blade
Tilting support to cut at 135° - 90° - 45°
Couple of horizontal and vertical clamps.
3 HP three-phase electric motor.
Centering device, which allows to always have the centre of rotation of the cutting unit matching with the
centre of the profile section, in order to also carry out wedge cuts automatically.
Front door for free access to maintenance in the cutting area
Automatic scraps evacuation system complete with:
• Sloping plane connected to a rotating group.
• Compressed air blower.
• Set for conveyor belt, for scrap and waste cuts evacuation device.
• Set for exhauster connection to the blade box.
