RE: CITY OF TUCSON - CMAR SERVICES FOR FIRE STATION NO. 8 | RFQ NO. 202496

Dear Ms. Camacho and Members of the Selection Committee,

CORE Construction (CORE) is pleased to submit our Statement of Qualifications to perform CMAR services for the City of Tucson
Fire Station No. 8 Rebuild project. Having served local clients for nearly four decades, we offer a proven team of construction
management professionals specializing in fire station construction and consider ourselves fortunate to be public safety builders.
Our specific expertise and familiarity will help ensure that all of the City of Tucson’s (City) expectations are exceeded on this
        project.

Here are a few reasons why CORE is uniquely qualified to serve the City on the Fire Station No. 8 Rebuild project:

RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE: CORE specializes in delivering world-class municipal projects, and we consider
fire station construction to be a specialty. Our team has been awarded 18 Arizona fire station projects during the last five
years and successfully completed 50 Arizona public safety facilities. This experience has allowed our team to develop a firm
understanding of how crucial it is that Fire Stations are designed, built, and/or renovated to not only be effective and functional,
but also house the safest, most carcinogen-free environment possible. Firefighter health and safety are our top priorities and
CORE will approach every stage of the construction process with these in mind.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: We understand the importance of fiscal responsibility and timely decision-making. CORE
operates in complete transparency and utilizes advanced software programs such as On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Bluebeam, and
virtual construction technologies to ensure that all cost information is accurate. As your CMAR, we strive to provide a product
that is not only functional, but also safe, sustainable, cost-effective, technologically-equipped, and comfortable. Our team will do
what it takes to achieve the highest quality and successfully complete the Fire Station No. 8 Rebuild project on schedule and
        within budget.

LOCAL PRIORITIES: CORE has served the Tucson market for more than a decade and is confident in our highly experienced
local team. Our team members are knowledgeable in all standard processes and conditions specific to the City, and CORE has
developed relationships and earned the trust of over 150 pre-qualified building partners in Southern Arizona. We understand
that maximizing local participation is crucial and look forward to utilizing these resources whenever possible.

All members of our proposed team are available and excited for the opportunity to continue our partnership with the City
and successfully deliver the Fire Station No. 8 Rebuild project. We appreciate your careful review and consideration of our
qualifications and look forward to the opportunity to serve the City once again. As your dedicated point-of-contact, I may be
