basis Shri Ningthoujam lbomcha

Singh kansferred the said pattaland in
favour of his son, Shri Ningthoujam

Nandakishor could not be traced out
and the order of the Mut. Case No.

806/5DC/IW(P)/1999 could not be
examined since the record is

untraceable an in this regard a
certificate dated 24-12-2016 issued by
SDC, lW, Patsoi is enclosed for

reference.

c). Shri Ningthoujam Nandakishor
Singh transferred a piece of pattaland

measuring .44 acre out of the total
area of .89 acre on the eastern portion

in favour of Taorem Sangai and the
name and share of Shri Taorem

Sangai had been mutated and
separated vide Order dated 17-3-1999

passed in Mut. Case No.
325(AySDC/|W(P) of 1999 and vide
order dated 19-3-1999 passed in

Misc. Case No. '121ISDC/|W(P) dated
19-3-1999 the share of Shri Taorem
Sangai Singh had been

separated/partitioned and brought

under patta no. 78164311117
