Limited which was Registered under

Companies Act has been changed to
MGT Motors Private Limited. And on

the basis of the Certificate issued by
the Asst. Registrar of Companies

Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura,
Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh,

Mizoram and shillong, the name
entered as Manipur Golden Travel

Private Limited has been changed in
the land record as MGT Motors Pvt.

Ltd vide Order dated 7-10-2000
passed in Mut. Case no.

464/5DC/lW(P) of 2000.
