Leikai, Imphal West District, Manipur (hereinafter called'1he Vendoi) of the
one part.

M/S The Manipur Golden Travels Private Ltd., Lnphal represented by
Sri Kulwant Singh Cheerna, Managing Director, Imphal, Manipur
(hereinafter called'tre Vended) ofthe other part.

Whereas, the above named Vendor, is the absolute owner and recorded
pattadar of the land under New patta No.643/1154 Imphal West Tahsil

covered by C.S.Dag No. 1525/1840 measuring an area of .22 (point twenty
two) acre of Phourel Class of land, Village No. 78-Changangei, situated at

Changei which is morefully described in the schedule appended hereunder.
And whereas, the Vendor is willing to sell the above mentioned land and

the purchaser has agreed to the proposal on the following terms and
conditions that is to say.
