WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS.
1 In consideration of a sum of Rs. 90,000/-(Rupees ninety thousand)
only paid to the Vendor by the purchaser (the receipt of which the Vendor

hereby acknowledges) the Vendor as owner hereby transfers to the purchaser
by way of abosolute sale TO HAVE AND HOLD the same to the purchaser
as absolute owner.

2. The Vendor hereby covenant wih the purchaser as follows:-
(a) The said phourel class of land shall be quietly entered into and upon the
held and enjoyed by the purchaser without interruption from the Vendor or

any person/persons claiming through or under him.
(b) The Vendor will do or execute any such thing which may be necessary to

mutate the name of the purchaser in respect of the schedule land.
(c) The interest hereby transferred subsists and the Vendor has power to sell
the same.

(d) The property hereby sold iS free from any encurnbrances.
(e) The Vendor hereby handed over the Jamabandi, Dag Chitha and other
related documents to the purchaser.

3. Now, with the execution of this conveyance the purchaser becomes the
full and absolute owner of the homestead land and all interests connected

therewith as aforesaid and as fully described in the schedule herein below and
the purchaser, his heirs, administrator or assigns shall hold, possess enjoy and
utilise the same and shall be competent to sell, transfer or to do anything
with the same as full and absolute owner thereof.
