resident of Maz Well Bazar, Imphal and (2) Sardar Balwant Singh Chima
(minor) son of Sardar Bakhtawar Singh Chima of the same palace, by
pr<fession student by profession student represented on their behalf by their

fatber Sardar Bakhtwar Singh Chima son of late Bhagat Singh Chima of the
,u,fl. plu.., by profession Motor owner & Driver (hereinafter called the

puphasers) of the other part.
Whereas the Vendor has agreed with the purchaser for the absolute sale
to lh.. of the property described in the schedule hereto, at the price of

Rsf,500/- (Rupees nine thousand and five hundred) only. Now this deed
witnesses, that in pursuance of the said agreement and in consideration of the

suqr of Rs.9,500/- (Rupees nine thousand and five hundred) only to the
Vefiaor paid by the purchasers (the receipt of which sum the Vendor hereby
acSrowledges) and said Tolngou Singh as beneficial owner does hereby

convey, transfer and assign to the said purchasers free from encumbreances.
