And the Vendor does also hereby for himself, his heirs, administrators or

assigns, agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the purchasers, their,
heirs, administrators or assigns from and against or losess, damages, cost or
expenses which he or they may sustain or incur by reason ofany claim being

made by any body whatsoever to the said property, or in respect of any
arrears of rate due thereof. And the Vendor does hereby further agrees with

the purchasers, their heirs, administrators or assigns and declare that he has
not done or been any party to any act whereby the said property is or may be
under any charge in title, claim, estate or otherwise howsoever or whereby
the Vendor is prevented from conveying or assigning the said property or

any part thereof in the manner hereinafter appearing by virtue of this deed. ln
witnesses whereof, the said Sree Tolngou Singh has hereto signed the day

and year first above written.

"by" and "transfer" in the 8th line ofthe Ist page, and 2 Cancellation in the 5'h

Hospital East Road, within the jurisdiction of the Imphal Town Minicipality
under patta No. 294, plots No. 363/138 bounded on the North & East by main

Road, on the South by the shop-plot of N. Ibomcha Singh, and the West by
lane.
