This Deed of Release is made on the 6F March 1989 by Sardar Balwant Singh

Chima, aged about 38 years S/O late Sardar Bakhtwar Singh Chima of Maxwell Bazar
now renamed as Thangal Bazar ) lmphal at present Beltala Guwahati Assam

[hereinafter called the Releasor) in favour of Sardar Kulwant Singh Chima, son of late
Sardar Bakhtawar Singh Chinra, ot Thangal Bazar, lmpal (hereinafter called the Reeleas
ee).

WHERtAS, the shop site plot of land covered by old patta No.294 lmphal
Municipality, lmphal situate at Maxwell Bazar,now renamed as Thangal Bazar,lmphal
was purchased by Sardar Eakhtawar Singh Chima (now deceased ) father of the Releasor
and the Releare from Shri Pukhrambam Tolntou Singh son of late Achou Singh (now

decea"ed)of Keishamthong Ahanthem Leikai, lmphal by a registered Sale deed dated
14-9-1956 being Registered Deed No.2576 for 195F57 of the Sub-Registrar, lmphal ,in
the names of his two minor sons viz,Sardar Baldev Singh Chima and Sardar Balwant
