WHEREAS during the survey operalion hold under the M.L.R.& L.R.Act , 1960

and the Bules fromed thereunder the said plot of land was made corresponding to new
patta No.298,lmphal Municipality ,lmphal West, recorded in the names of Sardar Baldev
Singh Chima and Releasor Sardar Balwant Singh Chima, as co-pattadars and.

wHEREAS Sardar Baldev Singh Chima had died unmarried during his minority
and share in the said plot of land meant for him was covered to and made the share of
Sardar Kulwant Singh Chima the Releasee. Who is another son of Sardar Bakhtawa r
Singh Chima, and

WHEREAS the shares of the Releasor and Releasee had been separated and
partitioned by the assistant survey and settlement officer (HQ) in his partition case

No.41/ASO(HQ) of 1971 (vide order dated 3G3-71 and share of Sardar Kulwant Singh
Chima has thereafter been placed under pattir No.2gabldl/298(New) lmphal
Municipality West, comprisiog of dag No.2760, measuring ,0229 acres (point zero two
two nine acres) and lhe name of the Releasee has been recorded as patladar in the
relevant Jamabandi, and.

WHERTAS the Releasee has, as owner recorded pattadar, been 0nclusively
possessing the said share by constrictinB,/improving his own residential building lhereon
and by paying Revenue there fort.

NOW THIS DEED OF RTLEASE WITNESSES

(1) The Releaser hereby declares that the Releasee in the absolute owner and in
inclusive possession of the sop site plot of land measuring .0229 acres (point

zero two two nine acres) situate at Thangal 8arar, Mahatam Gandhi Avenue,
lnrphal Munuicipality which is covered by patta No.29a (old)/298 (new) lmphal
Municipality lmphal West ,comprising of Dag No.275 and the Releaser hereby
relinquishes all rights ,interests, claims, title, if any, in respecl of the said plot of

land in favour of the Releasee .
