10. ONGOING EMPLOYMENT
iii . Internal Training Courses
From time-to-time you may be nominated to attend off-job training courses run by the company. These may be held at your location or elsewhere and on occasion, outside of normal working hours/days. It a condition of your employment that you make every effort to attend such programs,
iv. External Training Courses
If appropriate, the company may choose to run external programs or sponsor individuals to attend externally accredited courses, if it is deemed that they have a substantial work related benefit to both the individual and Thomas Franks. If you wish to discuss such opportunities please speak initially to your line manager.
10.3 Pension - Automatic enrolment for all Thomas Franks staff from 1st April 2014
Therefore, if you are eligible for enrolment, you will be automatically entered into our Pension Scheme and details will be sent to you via e-mail. Some staff can ask to be enrolled into the Pension but in these circumstances on employer contribution will not always apply. details will be availble from the HR department. If you have any queries or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your line manager or the people and training department.
10.4 Retirement
As of 6th April 2011 Thomas Franks does not have a normal retirement age. Please contact the people and training department for any retirement related queries.
10.5 ‘Thanks to You’ Scheme
Thomas Franks operate a colleague reward scheme relating to innovative ideas, company efficiency, extraordinary contributions, sales leads and business contributions.
Full details of the current and on-going programs will be available from your line manager or communicated on the location Notice Board.
