1. PERSONAL CONDUCT
The role our colleagues play in each and every task they perform, impacts directly on their own success, the success of their team and ultimately the reputation of our Company as a whole.
Our people are all ambassadors, which is why we expect every team member to treat colleagues, customers, visitors and clients alike, with courtesy and respect at all times. It costs nothing to smile or be friendly and helpful to others: This is the philosophy which Thomas Franks expects all it’s people to embrace, from day one.
Your conduct should be professional and courteous whether on a client’s premises, or our own. We want all Thomas Franks locations to be pleasant and enjoyable places to work and strongly believe that a culture of fun, professionalism and teamwork is the optimum environment for our people to be at their most productive and creative. We expect all our people to strive to demonstrate a true passion and pride in the services they provide, whatever their role and to conduct themselves professionally at all times.
