1. 33Average sales person only works 90 mins a day. They waste a lot of time. Don’t be average!

c. 2) Presenting- Talking to those new people
d. 3) Closing the sale – getting them to take action

3. Deliberate practice
a. Each stage of your career you ask what one skill will help me NOW to advance? What
are the top people really good at? Pick one skill and master it.
b. Work every day at that one skill
c. How do you know you’ve mastered a skill? Other people will recognize it.
d. After you master that one, master the next one.
i. WHAT ONE SKILL WILL HELP YOU DOUBLE YOUR INCOME?
Setting and achieving goals:
If you’re not talking to every CX, if you’re not excited about our product, you’re taking this opportunity for granted. We need to make it a habit to adopt behaviors of our mentors and keep our student mentality.
Have the strongest “Why”, listen to your mentors, Network, seek and take opportunities, always be the one who sets the pace. Check in often with yourself and write down what doesn’t work.
1. Teleological – purpose driven, and designed to be working towards goals on a regular basis
a. We aren’t happy unless we feel ourselves moving towards what we actually want
b. Satisfaction of a want or desire automatically leads to another want or desires. It never
stops.
  2. It is not
a. In other words – there is no winning without being prepared for it to happen
b. Give up some of your freedoms and sacrifice personal time in order to learn and to
prepare for your wins. Think of each sale as a win.
c. It takes work to prepare
d. When the opportunity comes for a win, and you haven’t prepared, you look like a fool.
i. If you bring a CX back to the Kiosk and you can’t run a side by side, or answer their questions, you didn’t prepare.
3. Decide exactly what you want in every aspect of your life
a. Clarity: Make sure your goals are very clear. Easier to explain = easier to execute
b. Idealization: Idealizing your perfect life. Imagine no limitations. You can accomplish any
goal in your imagination.
i. What would it look like?
the will to win but the want to prepare for a win
