Final Exam
You are required as a trainee to be able to do 4 presentations to pass your Final Exam. You are not allowed to misquote promotions, equipment capabilities, use doubt words, or provide inaccurate information during any part of the sales process to pass the Final Exam.
What to Expect
Upon completion of office training and a completed and passed background check, trainees will then begin in store training accompanied by a supervisor. Trainees have up to the first 5 days of in store training to acquire 8 new generated leads without any compliance issues including showing up late, not being prepared, or displaying unprofessional conduct at the office or warehouse. During this time trainees will be paid hourly. Once training is SUCCESSFULLY completed a pay raise is approved by the manager and the trainee is then promoted to the ENTRY LEVEL position. As an entry level representative you are eligible for commission and bonuses. Entry Level Reps along with all other employees are required to attend atmosphere meetings!
