MISSION STATEMENT AND GOALS FOR 2019
I, Shodel Waites, will look at this year as the year when I will take the proper steps to become the first “Regional Consultant” in Dewayne Long’s organization, which would entail one of the biggest growth years in my organization. I understand that I need to have tunnel vision more than ever this year and stay CONSISTENTLY FOCUSED on all aspects of the business. Being a better Organizational Head and getting with all gens more! This year is the year I want to separate myself and my org from the pack and change the game. I truly believe in the direction where the company is heading for 2019 and I plan to be a pivotal player in this business for many, many years!!!
GOALS 2019
• Stay on top of Compliance
• The office doing 60 apps in Long Beach every week by December and
80 apps per week in the 1st and remaining quarters
• Launch 7 new branches 2019
• Grow the company branches total of 31 offices nation wide
• Take all 31 Office Managers to RNR in Mexico in 2019
• Have 3 of my top 10 owners be selected to attend the Super bowl
2020
• Save $50,000
• Launch a Non Profit Organization for the team and org to be apart of
• Launch a 4 new campaigns with Uber, Vivint, BVI Solar and T- Mobile
