EXPECTATIONS AND PROMOTIONS
There are 4 main levels to transcend into management:
1. Get from Entry Level to Field Representative ❖ 8 Tier 3 in first 5 days in field
2. Get from Field Representative to Account Manager
❖ 20 Tier 3 Vivints in 2 weeks or Cashflow $800 2 consecutive weeks
3. Get from Account Manager to Assistant Manager
❖ 2 personally trained members promoted to Team Leaders ❖ 1 second generation member promoted to Team Leader ❖ $9,000/ team per week for 2 consecutive weeks
i. With a balance of products at the discretion of management 4. Get from Assistant Manager to Manager
❖ Maintain consistent team production
❖ Run Office Successfully under little supervision
Promotions are based solely on merit, though the entire program is designed to take about 6 to 12 months. Your growth is at your own pace.
First, you will have to show that you are capable of managing yourself in order to be given the responsibility of managing/ leading others. Here is what you will need:
1. Dress Code: Dress pants/ slacks (could be khakis); comfortable, dress shoes (not sporting shoes); belt that matches shoes (for guys); notebook, binder, pen and dry erase markers; and a day planner. We will provide you with a shirt and an ID badge.
2. Accountability: The following page has the schedule. It is your duty to ensure that you are punctual. It is also your responsibility to notify management of upcoming conflicting scheduling at least a week in advance.
