        Ms. Shopper thought she would check to see how much the staff knew about ticketing.  Ms. Shopper approached Lucas and asked if she could upgrade her seats for
        this game.   He pointed to the ticket window where he said they could assist Ms. Shopper.

        Ms. Shopper was getting ready to head to her seats, and needed help in finding the quickest way to get to them.  Katie was walking by and I assumed that she was a
        Guest Services employee, by her professional dress.  We asked her the quickest way to get to our seats and she was very kind and accurate in her directions.

        3                Section/Location: 235                                         Staff  Name: Heather                     Time: 1:37PM
        Ms. Shopper got turned around in the stadium, and needed to know how to get from section 235 to section 112.  I walked up to Heather and she was very cordial.  I
        asked her how to get there, and she gave me directions as to the quickest way to get to Section 112.
        4                Section/Location: Gate A                                      Staff  Name:  Lakeisha                   Time: 2:10PM
        A person from SAFE management was observed asking for a wheelchair for a visitor.  Lakeisha was multi-tasking and sent her back to the area where the wheelchairs
        were.  While she did this, she was answering questions from other patrons.  She seemed very efficient.

        Monica was so helpful!  She explained where we needed to line up the  Kids TD Run after the game.  She suggested we get in line at the start of the 4th quarter.  She
        also gave my son a deck of playing cards and said they were the giveaway from the last game and they had extras.  We appreciated her kindness.

        2                Section/Location: 112                                                                                  Time: 1:58PM
        My son wanted chicken tenders to eat and we stopped at Guest Services to ask if they knew where we could get them.  She gave us excellent directions to what she
        said was a Coney Island.  The problem was, it was in the "club" section that we were not authorized to go into.  We were then confused by the information that was
        given unless we misunderstood the directions.

        After the game and Kids TD Run, we asked Todd for directions to our gate because we were a little turned around after coming off the field.  He gave us perfect
        directions that lead us right out to the parking garage we were parked in (Lions/Tigers Garage).
