Question
1 Section/Location: One Campus Martius Garage Time: 11:10AM
Ms. Shopper was not able to get the name of the woman who greeted us, but she was welcoming. The garage was very clean, well lit, and the signs were very easy to
follow. There was no wait to get in.
2 Section/Location: Shuttle outside Garage Time: 11:18AM
The shuttle was waiting for us and was very warm. Our driver was a very nice Caucasian male and he dropped us off at the corner of Adams and John R. The ride
was quick and efficient.
3 Section/Location: Shuttle leaving the game Time: 4:38PM
We waited for the shuttle for 6 minutes to take us to the Campus Martius Garage. We considered walking after a few minutes but it was raining. The driver was a
very polite African American male. We got stuck in traffic and it took us 15 minutes to reach the garage. Once we were inside the garage and to our car, it took us 10
minutes to exit the garage.
Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: Lodge South to Lot 4 Time: 10:15AM - 12Noon
Mr. and Ms. Shopper traveled from Waterford. They took the Lodge to head towards the stadium. Traffic was not bad. It took approximately 45 minutes to get to
the parking area. When they arrived near Lot 4 it took them almost 1 hour to park.
2 Section/Location: Lot 4 Time: 11:00AM
It took about an hour to get into Lot 4. They inspected the car and asked us to open the trunk. Ms. Shopper asked why, and the attendant said to search for bombs.
If each car had to do this, then this explains why it took so long. Once we were in it was easy, clean and plenty of parking spaces.
3 Section/Location: Brush and Fisher Time: 11:45AM
There was an altercation between a parking attendant and a scalper. The scalper kept coming back and attendant had to keep asking him to leave. We heard quite a
few swear words during the interaction.
