THE SHOPPER'S RESULTS:
Sunday, October 8th, was a beautiful day for a football game. Many fans were tailgating around the stadium in the various parking lots around
Ford Field. As the activities began in Pride Plaza, fans began to make their way to the area. There were many SAFE and Security members
present. In addition, there seemed to be an increase in Police presence in the area.
Many of the shoppers participated in the events at Pride Plaza and made their way into the stadium for the DTE Power Hour. Around the main
gate, fans were starting to line up so the could enter the stadium. The new video board outside the stadium flashed important messages for the
day. This is a very nice new feature at the stadium.
Inside the stadium, staff members from all departments were ready to assist the fans. Several observations and questions were asked and the
staff was able to provide the information and assist fans with their needs. Most of the departments improved over the first Mystery Shop back on
September 24th.
With a sold out stadium, the staff outside and inside the stadium provided a wonderful experience.
