Mrs. Shopper asked a fan about his food from The Blitz. It looked fresh and yummy and the portion size also looked more than adequate. He said they
were chicken nachos. She asked if he had had ordered them before and he had and said he liked them so well that he ordered them at this game too. He
said they were worth the $10 even with the DTE Power Hour specials!
4 Section/Location: Hop Cat Section 103 Staff Name: Shannon / Beth Time: 12:13PM
Mrs. Shopper got in line at 12:13PM with four people in line in front of her. Shannon took her order and Beth helped Shannon get her free drink from the
designated driver program as she hadn't done it before. After spending a couple of minutes waiting for her pretzel nuggz, Mrs. Shopper was done at
12:18PM for a total of five minutes from getting in line to having her food. The nuggz themselves were hot and cooked just right. The cheese sauce was
yummy although it was messy because it was so thin it didn't stick to the nuggz very well and dripped a lot. Mr. Shopper liked the horseradish dipping
sauce.
5 Section/Location: The Cooler Section 112 Staff Name: N/A Time: 12:35PM
Mrs. Shopper observed fans at The Cooler. There were 24 people in line just to get to the food line at 12:35PM. There were 6 cashiers with 1 person
directing customers to the next open register. It took 4 minutes for the person at the end of the waiting line to get to the food line. It took another 3
minutes for him to pick out what he wanted and then just 2 minutes to wait for a cashier and pay. So overall, it was 9 minutes from when he got in line to
having his food. It looked like people were getting through the line fairly quickly. Mrs. Shopper talked to two customers and both liked the idea of being
able to go in and pick out what you wanted and getting out. They both had positive experiences.

6 Section/Location: The Corner Bar Section 222 Staff Name: Renee Time: 1:45PM
Vanessa welcomed Mr. & Mrs. Shopper to The Corner Bar. About 1/3 of the tables were full in the bar area. Some were watching the game on the TVs over
the bar area while others were talking with their friends. Mr. & Mrs. Shopper sat at a table in the area in front of the two large screen TVs where the lockers
were on the wall. Five minutes later Renee acknowledged them and took their order at 1:52PM. (They thought 5 minutes was a long time to wait given the
number of servers and customers in the bar.) They received their drinks, a water and a soda, right away but had to wait another 6 minutes for their fries
with smoky mayo. When their fries arrived, they were not very hot, greasy, and lacked seasoning. The amount of mayo seemed adequate, but it was thick
and did not taste any different from regular mayo. Mrs. Shopper was expecting something smoother with a more smoky taste. They paid their bill at
2:04PM and left about 2:15PM. By the time they left all the tables in the area were filled. It was a little confusing to have both the Fox Sports telecast and
the Stadium Vision playing side by side as they were no in sync. As Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were leaving, a 50/50 ticket team came into the bar to sell tickets.
It looked like they were well received and selling lots of tickets.
