1 Section/Location: The Blitz Time: 11:35AM
The area around The Blitz was energetic. The cheerleaders were positioned to take pictures with fans, mostly men, but a few women were in line as well.
The tables were full and the spinning wheel was being watched by many. There was about ten people in line, men, women and children to participate in
spinning the wheel. The bar area was busy, many were purchasing the $5 Bloody Mary's. The opposite end of the bar the service counter had about 5
people in line. Service was quick. Several fans commented on the value. Many fans use the buffet tables to set their food and beverages on. Ms. Shopper
felt it was awkward. Ms. Shopper witnessed two woman filling their complimentary give-a-way water bottle with the discounted alcoholic drinks they
purchased during the DTE Power Hour, so they would have for later.

2 Section/Location: The Social D Time: 12:15PM
The atmosphere at The Social D was great. The band playing was energetic and seemed to be crowd pleasing. The bar area was busy about 5 deep. The
servers were busy but working at a quick pace with smiles. The seating area is very nice and inviting for fans.
3 Section/Location: 319 Staff Name: Rocket Man3095 Time: 12:43PM
Rocket Man 3095 came up and down the stairs actively selling before kickoff, but not interrupting the pregame show.
4 Section/Location: 133 Slows BBQ Staff Name: Chaos Time: 2:02PM
There was only one customer in line as Ms. Shopper approached although all the cashiers had customers. Chaos raised his hand to show he was ready to
assist me. He was very pleasant in taking our order and provided the correct change for item we ordered which was called "The Line". We gave our name
only and waited at the end of the counter. There were 15 people waiting at the time. It took 4 minutes for us to receive our food. Ms. Shopper conversed
with another female fan who was waiting for her order. We were hoping we would hear our name. She commented that she did not receive her receipt so
she was hoping her order would be correct. Ms. Shopper did not receive a receipt either. Perhaps this would be a good back up plan in case there were any
order discrepancies. "The Line" was very tasty, the slaw and pickles made the sandwich complete.

5 Section/Location: Detroit Water Ice Time: 2:51PM
There was a short line. Ms. Shopper ordered the blue raspberry Detroit Water Ice. It was flavorful and refreshing. Just like at the Detroit location. Ms.
Shopper would prefer the spoons to be handed by the server or individually wrapped if you need to grab your own from the bowl. Too many germs when
you have to reach in one bowl to grab a spoon.
