7 Section/Location: Condiment Stand Section 330 Time: 2:39PM
Question
Most of the condiment stands Mr. & Mrs. Shopper saw were dirty with discarded napkins and puddles of ketchup or mustard. The stand near section of 330
was out of napkins and half time had just started.
8 Section/Location: Slow's Section 115 Staff Name: Lori Time: 3:12PM
Mr. Shopper purchased Chicken Nachos from Slow's. Lori rushed his order in right away because there were only a few orders left and she wanted to make
sure he got his. Mr. Shopper was surprised they were running out with over 10 minutes left in the 3rd Quarter. The nachos were hot enough and there was
plenty of cheese. The chicken was well seasoned, but Mr. Shopper would have liked for there to have been more chicken on the dish.

1 Section/Location: Hungry Howie's Section110 Staff Name: Cathy Time: 12:30PM
The line moved very quickly and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Cathy was open to serve us. She smiled and was very approachable. She appeared
to like her job. Brenda and Christie were friendly, chatting with customers and interacting very positively.

2 Section/Location: The Corner Bar Time: Halftime
I probably would go here again, but the line to get in was very long. It was designated by a roped off area, but people were cutting through. The staff did
take some accountability and attempt to keep people from cutting, but they were also very busy counting people who left so that they could let more
people in. One gentleman began yelling at someone who cut the line, and the guy went back out. No staff member stepped in to assist.

3 Section/Location: Section 129 on Concourse Staff Name: Brianna Time: 12:50PM
Ms. Shopper's teenage son (17 yrs. old) asked how to apply for a job. She was very friendly and stated that he need to contact Levy Corporation.

4 Section/Location: The Cooler Section 112 Time: 1:50PM
Ms. Shopper walked into The Cooler, there was no line at the time. About 10 people were in the area making their selections and getting into a small line to
check out. Ms. Shopper overheard several men walk in and say, "this is new" and "this is nice". The coolers were fully stocked as were the snack bins.

5 Section/Location: Hungry Howie's Section 110 Staff Name: Brenda Time: 2:00PM
Ms. Shopper came back to the this concession to get a refill on her drink. The line moved quickly once again and staff was busy but still friendly. It was nice
to see their attitudes still up.
