Mr. Shopper thinks it is still difficult to get directly to a map of the stadium. A direct link on the fordfield.com website with all sections, food &
beverage, first aid, guest services, and parking that is easy to size on the screen and download would be very useful.
I typically do not go on event websites prior to a concert/sporting event/etc. However, after viewing the Detroit Lions page prior to the game, I have
found a lot of helpful information (event activities, traffic, where to eat and drink, 50/50 raffle). It is great to plan ahead and know what to expect
because once you arrive at the stadium, it can be hard to navigate with a lot of people in attendance. I will be using this website and others in the
future before events.
The photo op with Santa was great, it would be fun to share on social media, I would suggest having signage with hashtags that already exist so fans
could share their photos and create more excitement.
