The First Aid was set back a little ways from the concourse. Ms. Shopper asked for Neosporin for a dry nose, Ruth handed over the Neosporin while Dwana asked
for name and any allergies. The office was clean and everyone was friendly.
2 Section/Location: 107 Time: 6:29PM
There was also a male employee present in first aid, Ms. Shopper was not sure what his role was and couldn't see a nametag. He was an older gentleman in
shirt/tie. Ms. Shopper was uncertain if he was a Doctor or Nurse, perhaps he should have a white coat on if he is with the medical staff. Ms. Shopper had on a
Buffalo Bills shirt and he commented jokingly about it.
3 Section/Location: First Aid
There are plenty of First Aid locations throughout the stadium, all very easy to find with the flags.
4 Section/Location: Concourse
There was no one else coming/going to First Aid, however we did notice a gentleman being wheeled out through the concourse. He had a vomit bag in his lap and
looked like he had too much to drink. The SAFE officer was wheeling him out but I was unable to tell if they were headed to First Aid.
5 Section/Location: First Aid
The First Aid staff Ms. Shopper encountered during this game and a previous game this season were very friendly. It can be awkward walking into the office to ask
for something, but everyone was very welcoming and happy to help, no one made you feel rushed or silly about your issue or injury.
