First Aid

                                                                            Supervisor
                                                       Question
         1 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Time: 3:15PM
As Ms. Shopper walked from Gate A to Gate B, she did not notice the First Aid tent set up in the Pride Plaza area as it had been before. Perhaps it was due to the
cold weather, but she was surprised not to see it.
         2 Section/Location: 113 Staff Name: Hillary Time: 7:40PM
Ms. Shopper noticed the door to this First Aid was closed for most of the game. At this time, Ms. Shopper knocked on the door and Hillary answered it. There was
an EMT in the room as well. Ms. Shopper asked for something for her head as she was getting a headache. She asked for the Shopper's name, if she was allergic to
anything and if she had taken anything recently. Once the information was gathered, she proceeded to give her some Tylenol and a cold cup of water. Hillary had
a very pleasant demeanor and wished Ms. Shopper a good night.
         3 Section/Location: First Aid Doors Time: 7:40PM
Ms. Shopper noticed that several of the First Aid doors were closed this game. She has mixed feelings about the door being closed. When it is closed you feel First
Aid is unavailable. When the door is open, it feels like an open door policy and a fan can go in. To Ms. Shopper she feels the door should be open if they are not
helping someone who needs medical attention or some privacy.
                                                                      RECOMMENDATIONS
Not all the first aid station doors were open. Mrs. Shopper found the ones that were open were easier to find than the ones with closed doors.
Recommend keeping the doors to the first aid stations open during the game to help fans find the first aid stations easier.
While I was in the First Aid room, security stopped in to check on the nurse/doctor. This was very nice to see!

I had a great experience in First Aid. Hillary took the extra time to evaluate my condition and put ointment on first, and then proceeded by putting
the band aid on for me (previously, the nurse handed me a band aid and had me put it on myself).
I would recommend keeping the flags up for First Aid, it makes finding the various locations throughout the stadium very easy.
