Shopper 1

Carolyn was friendly and professional as she helped Mr. Shopper sign up for the designated driver program.
2 Section/Location: Gate G / 112 Staff Name: Rita Time: 3:14PM
Rita was very helpful when Mrs. Shopper asked her how to get to section 239 and the best way to get there without using stairs. She gave her a map and showed
her where her seats were located and pointed out nearby escalators and elevators she could use in getting to her seats so she could avoid the stairs.
3 Section/Location: 236 Staff Name: Raceine Time: 3:55PM
Raceine helped Mrs. Shopper sign up for the designated driver program. They chatted about Bears fans while she was filling out the paperwork. Raceine attached
the band loosely as Mrs. Shopper requested, asked if she could help with anything and told Mrs. Shopper to enjoy the game.
4 Section/Location: 237 Staff Name: Monica Time: 6:48PM
Mr. Shopper asked Monica about post game activities. She told him about the radio show broadcast from the Blitz, but did not know about anything happening in
the Bud Light Party Zone. She consulted a stack of paperwork but did not find any info about post game events in that area.
5 Section/Location: Guest Service Desks
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper noticed the new signage at the guest services desks. Both thought the name 'Helpful Hub' was fine, but that the color red was out of place.
They felt the new signs might fit in with the overall décor better if it were the Lion's Blue and would coordinate with other signage in the stadium. Mrs. Shopper
overheard another fan ask where the guest services desk had been moved to so perhaps the new name is not connecting with everyone.
Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: Gate G / 112 Time: 5:45PM
Ms. Shopper stopped to check if guest services could direct her to the Uber pick up and they gave very clear directions. There were two ladies who were very friendly
and polite. Ms. Shopper was not able to see either name tag.
2 Section/Location: Gate A Time: 6:00PM
Mr. Shopper stopped at the guest services counter to see if he could get a copy of the schedule and they were very friendly and welcoming. Again, Mr. Shopper was
not able to see any name tags.
3 Section/Location: Gate C Time: 6:30PM
The woman at guest services gave Ms. Shopper very clear directions to the nearest smoking section, although the smoking section near Gate D was very difficult to
find. Again, the employee's name tag was turned around.
