As Ms. Shopper was in the Women's restroom, Simone and Jacquline came though in a cheerful manner inspecting the restroom and sweeping up some loose
tissue. They had supplies to sweep, but no supplies to wipe sinks.
2 Section/Location: Miller Lite Tap Room Time: 4:50PM
Member of Housekeeping came through and was emptying the trash cans. The Miller Lite Tap Room was very clean.
3 Section/Location: The Social at Gate D Time: 5:10PM
Ms. Shopper noticed a broom and dustpan laying on the floor, but did not see a Housekeeping person in the area.
4 Section/Location: 224 / Women's Room Time: 6:59PM
Ms. Shopper entered the restroom and noticed the sanitary napkin holder was on the floor. It was detached from the wall.
5 Section/Location: 107 / Women's Room Time: 7:18PM
The Women's restroom was clean and orderly at the time Ms. Shopper visited.

As Ms. Shopper was in the Women's restroom she noticed the sanitary napkin holder was off the wall. It was sitting on the floor.

Ms. Shopper noticed when the Housekeeping staff members came in the restroom they were prepared to sweep up trash or empty trash but they were not
equipped with supplies to wipe off the sinks. Several sinks had hair or extra water.
8 Section/Location: 218 / Men's Room Time: 7:52PM
As Ms. Shopper was in the concourse after the game there were two members of the housekeeping staff guarding a large puddle of water outside the entrance of
the men's restroom. Another member of housekeeping then came with a mop and spill pads to attend to the water.
