Shopper 1
Question
1 Section/Location: 112 Walkway near Guest Service Time: 3:22PM
Mr. Shopper observed a large trash can located in the walkway near Section 112 Guest Services desk. He tried to use it as a trash can until he realized it was there
due to a roof leak.
2 Section/Location: 215/216 Men's room Time: 3:29PM
Mr. Shopper observed the lights were out in the men's bathroom. The only light in the rest room came from the concourse.

3 Section/Location: 239 Time: 4:53PM
Mrs. Shopper was a little cold up in section 239 ADA seat 1 due to a fairly strong breeze In the area. Her hands were cold and she put on her gloves to warm up
which made it difficult to eat her snack. Her seat was right by the entrance so perhaps the breeze was stronger there. It did get a little warmer by the end of the
3rd quarter but was never hot. Many fans in the section still had their coats on.

4 Section/Location: Directional Signs Time: 4:53PM
Ms. Shopper noticed the directional signs throughout the stadium. They were helpful for her to get around the stadium.

Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: Gate G Time: 6:05PM
Ms. Shopper noted that salt and shovels were ready for use by the doors of Gate G. All sidewalks were cleared and safe both before and after the game.

2 Section/Location: elevators near gate D Time: 7:05PM
When Ms. Shopper attempted to use the elevators near Gate D, the elevator would not work. An employee noted that the elevator might be over capacity and
instructed everyone to 'jump'. After several attempts, the elevator would not move and Ms. Shopper elected to use the stairs instead.
3 Section/Location: stadium
Lighting, sound, and temperature were perfect throughout the game.
