1 Section/Location: Gate G to Gate A Time: 3:25PM
Ms. Shopper walked from Gate G around the building to Gate A. The sidewalks were cleared and not icy.
2 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Time: 3:30PM
The Pride Plaza area was clear of snow and ice. The heat lamps seemed to be working well.
3 Section/Location: Gate B Time: 3:35PM
The sidewalks were clear, there were no icy spots.
4 Section/Location: Stadium Vision TV's Time: 5:00PM
Ms. Shopper feels the Stadium Vision screens are too cluttered with information and the area of the game is very small. The screen itself is not too small it is the
area where the game is displayed. There is a lot of advertising and other pieces of information on the screen.
5 Section/Location: 224 / Women's Room Time: 6:59PM
Ms. Shopper entered the restroom and noticed the sanitary napkin holder was on the floor. It was detached from the wall.
6 Section/Location: 216 / Women's Room Time: 7:51PM
As Ms. Shopper was in the Women's restroom she noticed the sanitary napkin holder was off the wall. It was sitting on the floor.
7 Section/Location: Gate G exit - Ford Field Garage Time: 8:00PM
The Gate G exit and the stairwell area was very clean as Ms. Shopper made her way to floor 4.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommend investigating why there was such a strong breeze at the entrance to section 239. Mrs. Shopper was cold and most fans in the section
kept their coats on, so she wasn't the only one who was cold.

With the cold weather and snow earlier in the week, we were surprised at how clear the sidewalks were entering/exiting the stadium and also the
temperature inside. We were able to take our coats off once inside and did not feel hot or cold.
I would recommend keeping the same temperature controls in the stadium for the cold game days.

It seems like there were a few sanitary napkin holders on the ground. They need to be secured a better way.
