1 Section/Location: I 75 South to Mack Time: 1:03PM to 1:50PM
Between the alternate routes listed on the Ford Field website and WAZE directions, Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were aware of police, slow traffic, and stopped traffic along
their route. They left their home in White Lake at 1:03PM taking M 59 east and then I 75 south at 1:24PM then exited Mack Ave at 1:50PM. They then took the
service drive to Winder Street to Brush and did not encounter any major traffic or construction delays during their commute.

2 Section/Location: In front of Lot 4 Entrance Staff Name: Cody Time: 1:56PM
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were stopped by the SAFE team prior to entering Lot 4. A team member instructing them on the vehicle check process was wrapped up in a coat
and scarf and her information was not visible and left before Mrs. Shopper could get her name. She did a good job outlining the process and what to expect. The
vehicle was visually inspected, a mirror was used to check under the vehicle, the vehicle was checked by a police canine, and the tail gate was opened and the cargo
area was visually inspected. The shoppers had not experienced the last two procedures in past visits to Ford Field. Just before the Gate at Lot 4, Cody asked Mrs.
Shopper if the tailgate had been opened and the cargo area inspected.
3 Section/Location: Lot 4 Entrance Staff Name: Sherry Time: 2:00PM
Sherry welcomed Mr. & Mrs. Shopper to Ford Field. She was cheerful, polite, and smiling. She scanned Mrs. Shoppers Flash Pass with no problems and told them to
enjoy the game. There were about a dozen vehicles in the lot and it was easy to find a parking spot.
4 Section/Location: Lot 4 & Lot 5 Time: 2:00PM
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper observed 3 tailgating groups eating, drinking, and tossing the football in lot 5 while waiting to enter lot 4. There was no tailgating activity in lot
4. The lot was clean and they did not see any ice or large snow piles that would impede parking or foot traffic.
