Question
Based on the time it took to get on the highway last game, we decided to have dinner downtown. We left the lot at 9PM and still took about 30 minutes to get out,
there was a line up to Level 7. After we exited the lot there was not much traffic getting to I 75 North.

Ms. Shopper left Royal Oak area at 1:52PM, traveled I 75 South to Madison. Traffic was fairly heavy but at 2:15PM she was stopped in a line of traffic to exit
Madison Ave. It was backed up to the Mack Exit. It took approximately 20 minutes to reach the exit, then another 15 minutes to reach St. Antoine Street. Arrived at
2:58PM at Ford Field Garage.
2 Section/Location: Entrance Ford Field Parking Deck Staff Name: Lakisha Time: 3:03PM
Lakisha greeted Ms. Shopper and explained that they were going to inspect the vehicle. She said it would not take long. They inspected the car with a mirror and
then asked for each car to open their trunk. After the inspection she gave Ms. Shopper a sheet of paper with an "X" for her to put on her dash. The process was very
efficient and Lakisha was very clear in explaining the process.

3 Section/Location: Entrance Ford Field Parking Deck Staff Name: David Time: 3:03PM
David was assisting with the vehicle inspections. He was using the mirror on each vehicle as it was approaching the entrance. He seemed very efficient and watchful
during the process.
4 Section/Location: Entrance Ford Field Parking Deck Staff Name: Tonisha Time: 3:05PM
Tonisha was posted at the booth and reminding each vehicle to grab a ticket before they proceeded through the gate. She was very upbeat and cheerful and stated,
"welcome to Ford Field."

5 Section/Location: Exiting Ford Field Deck Time: 8:00PM
Exiting Ford Field Parking Deck was quick. Ms. Shopper exited the garage and was directed out by going to St Antoine to Madison to I 75 North. It took 25 minutes
to travel from Ford Field to Royal Oak.
