4 Section/Location: throughout stadium
Question
Ms. Shopper had a very difficult time with Wi Fi and cell phone reception throughout the game. She was not able to send or receive texts for most of the night.

Shopper 3
1 Section/Location: Gate A
Escalators were in working order.
2 Section/Location: stadium
The sound quality of the speakers was great. While in our seats and even when we were walking the concourses, the sounds from the speakers made it seem like
we were on the field!
3 Section/Location: Faucets
Ms. Shopper felt it was difficult to thoroughly wash her hands since the faucet bar needs to be held down. The water does not stay on. Perhaps installing sensor
faucets would be more helpful.
Shopper 4
1 Section/Location: stadium
Everything was working well in the stadium, escalators, cup holders, etc. We did not see anything that was broken, any service doors propped open, or old signage.
2 Section/Location: stadium
The stadium temperature was comfortable, Ms. Shopper thought she was going to be cold but was pleasantly surprised that she didn't need to wear her coat while
walking around.
3 Section/Location: The Social at Gate D Time: 5:52PM
During halftime was the only time we could smell cigarette smoke in the stadium from a smoking section, not sure if this was due to an increase in the number of
smokers or if the vents were not working as they should be.
4 Section/Location: Video Board
The Text Assist Program banner is overshadowed by the main Video Board, not sure if it would make sense to have it come up on one of the Video Boards
periodically throughout the game.
