Question
1 Section/Location: 336 Staff Name: Lisa Time: 3:54PM
Mr. Shopper asked Lisa for an aspirin. She asked if he had any allergies and if he wanted Tylenol or Motrin. She was friendly and helpful.
2 Section/Location: 225 Staff Name: Sherry Time: 3:44PM
Sherry stood and greeted Mrs. Shopper when she entered the first aid station and asked how she was doing. Mrs. Shopper requested ear plugs because it was
getting loud due to the crowd. She took down Mrs. Shopper's information and allergies after jokingly 'you might be back later for Advil!'. Sherry was friendly and
quickly gave the ear plugs to her and told to come back during the game if she needed anything else.
3 Section/Location: 336 Staff Name: Lisa Time: 7:40PM
Mr. Shopper returned to Lisa's station at the end of the game to get a band aid for a cut to his finger . She remembered Mr. Shopper and asked how he received
the injury. He said he had cut himself at home earlier in the day and it had reopened and was bothering him. She cleaned the cut, applied a band aid, and gave him
another band aid for later.

1 Section/Location: 113/114 First Aid Staff Name: Hillary Hart Time: 6:35PM
I knocked on the door before entering and Hillary opened the door with a smile. She asked for my name and what was wrong, which she in turn wrote down in a
book. I told her that I had a blister on my foot. She asked me to take off my shoe and sock so that she could take a look. She proceeded to put ointment on the
blister first, and then placed a band aid on. No one else was in First Aid while I was there.
