Shopper 1
Question
1 Section/Location: Stadium Atrium near Gate A Time: 2:29PM
Mrs. Shopper was chatting with an older couple while waiting for Mr. Shopper to ask to relocate their tickets. They were probably in their early 60's. They were
season ticket holders and had their tickets for over 25 years. They told her about how they had started out with their tickets when the Lions were at the Silverdome
and how much they love Ford Field. They don't have season tickets to any other teams and they have not been to Little Caesar's Arena yet. It was enjoyable
speaking to such loyal fans.
2 Section/Location: 140 Staff Name: Mary & Sue Time: 2:37PM
Mary & Sue sold Mrs. Shopper her 50/50 tickets. Sue was obviously learning the job but was very enthusiastic and friendly. Both wished her good luck.
3 Section/Location: Priority Life Fan Cave Time: 3:49PM
Mr. Shopper counted 29 people in line to play 'Knock Them Down' in the Priority Life Fan Cave. Very well attended and looked like fans were enjoying the game.
4 Section/Location: Xbox Cave Time: 3:50PM
Mr. Shopper observed all the Xbox stations were in use and there were another 8 people in line waiting to play.
5 Section/Location: 239 Time: 4:52PM
Race for the Cooler' was a new fan interaction game the Shoppers had not seen before. The fans seated next to Mrs. Shopper commented that the prize was cool
and they would have like winning it themselves.
6 Section/Location: 239 Time: 5:10PM
The fan sitting next to Mr. Shopper looked familiar to Mrs. Shopper so she asked him if he had been to any other games this year. He has been a season ticket
holder for the last 21 years and was there with 3 of his 7 great grandsons. He was African American looked to be 60 at the oldest. He had not been to Little Caesar's
Arena yet for an event. Both he and his grandsons liked the power rush uniforms.
