Jerome was very friendly and had plenty of roster cards to pass out to guests. He did not ask to see our tickets. Jerome was present each time we left and returned
to our seats.
2 Section/Location: 119 Staff Name: Shannon Time; 5:54PM
Ms. Shopper went to visit friends in section 119 and Shannon was very helpful and friendly. She didn't ask to see our tickets. We did not interact with any other
ushers throughout the game.

The Ushers were very friendly and visible during our time at our seats. I noticed one female usher who was acknowledging guests as they were returning to their
seats. The fans seemed to appreciate the recognition!
2 Section/Location: 219
The Ushers were getting into the game and cheering for the Lions when the fans were! When fans asked the Ushers questions, I could see them pointing them in
the direction of where to go.
3 Section/Location: 219
The Ushers did not mention the Free Roster Card nor did we receive one.
