Went to seats, crowd was very loud, Usher directed us to our seats using the printed tickets from Flash Seats, nice and polite, could not see nametag.

Usher did provide both of us with the free roster card upon entering, there was lots of activity in the area with fans but between all of the ushers everyone got to
their seats and there wasn't much of a wait.

There was a fan sitting in our seats when we arrived, as soon as we walked up and said something he immediately moved so we didn't need assistance from the
Ushers. It looked like he didn't have a ticket for that section and exited.

The Ushers were extremely busy with the crowd, as far as we could tell everyone in our section was being helped that had questions, it was good that there were 2
or 3 ushers were available at all times.
