Aledo Independent School District hosted its second-ever STEAM carnival, and the district reported that attendance num- bers doubled from last year.
The fair showcased student participation in science, tech- nology, engineering, arts, and math, and featured everything from robot technology to maker-
spaces to a portable planetarium. Students and teachers from all nine AISD campuses hosted 35 booths at the event, held at the Daniel Ninth Grade Center.
