Eco Pure Treatment Towers can be configured to suit all production

volumes. Available with 50 kg Eco2Pure holding capacity, our systems BDS3
are scalable to allow for increased volume production, allowing for
continuous production and reduced purification times. BDS4
As the unwashed biodiesel enters the Eco Pure Treatment Tower, it

passes through a fixed bed of Eco Pure purification media, ensuring
2
the fuel is purified in a single pass, removing production residues, fuel LVH-F
contaminants and soaps. Flow rates need to be governed accordingly
in order to ensure maximum removal of production residues and soap. LVH-C
With each kilogram/pounds of Eco Pure capable of purifying between

93-185 gallons of biodiesel, and each pound of Eco Pure capable of BDFC
2
purifying between 41-82 gals of biodiesel, the frequency of media
replacement is kept to a minimum. All our products have been pressure BDC
tested to meet international standards.

Purification times can be shortened and production levels increased by HDP-BC
adding extra towers to your purification line.
