Three easy steps to error-free connections:

Apply the shield to the rubber cable. Connecting a T-connector to a 294 Series lighting connector. Align the T-connector with the square cutouts.
Strip length, outer insulation = 55 mm
Shield length = 10 mm

Push the shield connecting plate into the connector until fully Move the T-connector toward the square cutouts until it is locked
inserted. in position.

First insert the wired connector into the strain relief housing, then Push down until fully engaged — done!
snap the cover and tighten the screw.
