CUSTOMIZED
FITTINGS Alkon Corporation has the flexibility to
offer you standard “out of the catalog”
components, as well as customized
products to fit your needs.
We are large enough to handle any order,
yet we are small enough to still be able to
give you personal service.
Customized fittings are usually the result of
combining other fittings such as pipe or barbs with
Series AQ Push-In fittings. This eliminates the number
of leakage paths, reduces inventory items and saves
assembly labor.
Examples shown above illustrate combinations with
barbs, male and female pipe threads in the same
fittings, different tube outside diameters in the same
fitting, different pipe thread connections and 45°
elbows.
• Customized fittings are available in brass and
nickel plated brass.
• O-ring material and thread sealant options are
available.
• Customized products are only limited by the
imagination of the designer.
