Precise Position Sensing
Joyce can equip machine screw jack models between 2-ton and Right Side
150-ton capacity, and electric cylinders with an encoder to allow
accurate position sensing within increments of 0.001 inches. The Dimensions
encoder combines with your control system to monitor screw Capacity A
travel, number of revolutions, and travel limits. 2 Ton 5.84
Joyce’s shaft-mounted encoder offers easy installation, proven 2.5 Ton 6.88
reliability and virtually maintenance-free operation. It includes a 3 Ton 6.88
six-pin electrical connector, worm shaft coupling, and mounting 5 Ton 6.88
adapter. Standard encoders are 200 pulses per revolution.
