Letter Forming Brake No. 99 EQUIPMENT

This unique small bending brake, with its slotted jaws and apron, is especially designed for bending sheet
metal strips which have one or more bent-up edges or seams already formed such as forming the “drum
return” on metal sign letters. It may also be used for straight bending of sheet metal up to 12” wide.
In addition to the Letter Brake No. 99, Tubelite represents the entire line of Roper Whitney fabrication
equipment, including beading, bending, notching, punching, rolling and shearing equipment.

HBT Series - HBT72-16

HBT72-16 is designed to provide forming capabilities for complex parts. This machine is
a universal hand brake, which allows for the removal of both upper and lower segments
of fingers. Complex parts, such as HVAC transverse duct forming and down flanged parts,
architectural sheet metal and signage applications, can easily be formed.TENNSMITH’s HBT
Series also supplies HBT48-12, HBT96-16 and many other hand brake models.

MSE Series - MSE1016

MSE1016 model incorporates the unique front operated 2x-F back gauge system
as standard. This system allows the operator to move the backstop from 0 to 30
inches in approximately 2 seconds with only two rotations of the handle. The
MSE1016 capacities are 16-gauge mild steel, 20-gauge stainless up to 121 inches
in cutting length with cutting speeds of 45 strokes per minute. TENNSMITH’s MSE
Series also supplies MSE616 and many other shear models.
