5. It is evident from Fig.-3 that ADD constitutes the bulk of the initiations of
trade remedial measures i.e. 87.12% followed by CVD 7.66% and
Safeguard measures 5.21%. It is a clear pointer of a high appetite among
WTO members towards usage of ADD in comparison to CVD and
Safeguard measures.
