When you are called for dinner, you will be entering into our ‘Garden of England’
banqueting suite. The setting is as the title suggests, a garden and all that comes
with a fine Kent countryside.
If you have pre-ordered wine, this will already be at your table labelled with your
name to avoid any confusion. There are corkscrews on the table, the red wine
being of fine quality is fitted with corks rather than screw tops. Wine coolers will
also be provided for those wines that need to be served cold. If you require any
additional wine at your table you can order it from one of the wine stewards who
will be allocated to look after your table. If you can’t remember what food you
ordered, you will find your menu choices on the back of your personal place card.
During dinner you will be entertained by ’At Table’ magicians and mentalists and
the occasional visit from one of the strolling Jazz Trios who will be pleased to play
your favourite tune upon request.
The ‘Orchard’ & ‘Hop-House’ bars
will close after 7:30pm but you
can still get a drink from our
‘Thatchers’ bar at the back of the
‘Garden of England’ banqueting
suite. Our bars take cash or credit
card but sadly, we cannot offer
credit except by means of an open
tab.
After the coffee and tea has been served sit back and enjoy the ‘Big Reveal’ and
prepare yourself for our special cabaret afterwards.
