                        INITIATIVE PARTNERS
                  Recent and current partners:  Community partnerships
                Schools in Concord, Manchester,  The Music School follows the tradition started by the Settlement House movement
                Hopkinton, Barnstead, Campton,  a century ago, with a commitment to making quality arts education accessible to
                 Amherst, Bristol, Littleton, Bow,  everyone. Financial aid for individual students is a significant part of the Music
                 Belmont, Salisbury, and Laconia  School’s budget.

                retirement communities, Concord  fosters those partnerships, allowing
                    Concord Boys & Girls Club  Music School faculty to teach hundreds
                                               of individuals across New Hampshire
            Merrimack Valley Day Care, Concord  whose access is limited by disability,
      Concord, Manchester, and Laconia Head Start  distance, or economic status.
      Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit, Elliot Hospital  Faculty members, making more than
            Riverbend Community Mental Health  600 visits to partnership sites annually,   New American Africans Family Fun Night
                                               offer programs including songwriting         at the Music School
                  Spaulding Youth Center, Tilton  workshops at a residential institution for youth with neurological, developmental,
                                               and emotional disorders; dance movement therapy for preschoolers at Manchester’s
          “Giving people with mental illness the   Families in Transition Head Start; a chorus for adults with developmental disabilities;
              opportunity to express themselves   a Music & Movement class for teenagers working with toddlers in an on-site daycare
