Fifty-nine percent of the Music School’s students received
financial aid in 2016-2017, including those reached through
the Music in the Community Initiative (MICI).
Faculty members are active performers who have appeared on
stages in New York, Boston, and around the world.
These teaching artists have embraced the School’s core values
of artistic excellence, access for all, musical friendships, and
lifelong learning. They are as eager to guide beginners of all
ages as they are to mentor students seeking musical careers.
In fact, Music School alumni have attended prestigious music
programs, including those of Juilliard, Eastman, and Berklee
schools of music.
Whatever level of involvement you choose—from attending a
free Bach’s Lunch concert to joining the Songweavers women’s
community chorus to practicing violin with your child—we
hope that you will consider the Music School your “musical
home.”
“This gentle institution links
literally thousands of people
across New Hampshire.”
